Cooking Demonstrations every Tuesday at the center from
1 PM- 2PM 






Bingo - 9:30AM to 11:30AM and Lunch at 11:30 AM Chair Yoga 1 to 2 PM except on the 2nd Wednesday of each month when we have BOD Meetings @ 1 PM
Tai Chi - 9:30AM to 10:30AM and Lunch at 11:30 AM Line Dancing - 10:00AM to 11:30AM at the American Legion Chair Yoga 10:30 to 11:15 
Computer Support - 12:15PM to 3:00PM
Art - 12:30PM to 3:00PM
